Great firm pillow.
I wanted a firm pillow but obviously there is a lot of choice out there and none of us particularly want the hassle of returning something which isn't quite right...the Simba Firm pillow is fully customisable and in fact was ideal from the beginning. Knowing that I could adjust it but adding/ removing layers easily was very reassuring. The item that I bought was refurbished but indistinguishable from a brand new pillow. Very pleased, and more importantly, I'm sleeping better.
