Fibre boards
I've used poly foam sheet roll which works well on perfect flat surfaces. Polystyrene panels of similar size which collapses causing damage to the flooring boards.
This fibre type of board I would recommend as being effective on planked floors, however I would recommend also using a damp or vapour barrier on concrete floors. Ensuring good clean level surface is a must.

Battery Bms control pcb
Proof is in the pudding they say.
The original pcb failed after two years giving an indication that it was fully charged (charger) but not on the battery pack. I needed to replace the pcb - battery harness as this is a smaller connector and board. Initial charge has been taken and is holding, motor is operating . However I've not had the opportunity to ride and recharge hence the first line but so far it looks promising.
Repacking the battery pack in the case is a different game, needs to be as tight as possible (actually tighter).
