A solid buy that customers will enjoy
Solid tube so it is less prone to breakage. Easy to see if product is on/off via easily visible top LED. Correct temperature is preset at factory so need to worry if correct temperature for your aquarium is set. Easy to see temperature gauge. Product also comes in attractive packaging that is easy to open.

Good but not great
Extension wand way too hard to pull out. Flip-up brush has a very weak detent. Motor is loud. And most importantly, owners must cycle through both high/low modes to turn the motor off. Love the stand up design and easy empty capability.
