Excellent for listening, not for talking
2 of 2 found this helpful Sound quality is good. Couldn't be better. But if you intend to use it just like your standard phone headset, be prepared for disappointment with microphone sound quality. Contrary to some statetements it does not use the headset's own microphone - it uses the built-in mic in the unit and that provides quite a poor sound. For me that is not an issue, as I use the unit only for jogging and never even try to talk. For my purposes absolutely a fabulous gadget.
