Classic good transformer for driving plate to pp grids, using a triode connected driver tube like 6F6 6V6 etc Many output tubes can be used.

Testing at 1296 MHZ
The amp needs at least a 12' heatsink bar to stabilize at approx 50 degrees Celsius. Maybe a smaller heatsing plus fan will do. So simply forget the small heatsink that comes with it., If not replaced, a continuous use of 5 minutes leads to a slowly rising temperature in excess of 100 degrees Celcius and power decreases right after half a minute of use.
A quarter of a mW input gives 1 W output, very high gain. Alao half a mW will give 1.6 W but I don't know if this will affect reliability.

1 of 1 found this helpful Excellent sound, one of the best I have ever tried. Will fit and stayl in my ears while moving.
Why not 5 stars? The noise cancelling effect is there, it works, but the improvement it adds is totally insignificant.
I tried it in many noisy places. The best results are taken by using the foam inserts that act like ear plugs and shield noise out.
I would prefer these earphones without the electronics box and wait until the noise cancelling technology evolves to a beter level.
