    Refund without prior contact. Feeble excuse: delivery address/name different to eBay a/c. Shipping to alternate addresses is allowed without issue like every other business! I've no trouble with others where I throw money at them UPFRONT! Needed this prior to a job! Description & pics immaculate, and assumed packaging was, so assumed good value? My money's not good enough so now it's stuck in eBay for a week leaving me screwed for a machine. Relisted same day and sold to another! Thanks! NOT!

    Unfortunately the buyer started sending messages from an unknown account different from the one used to purchase the laptop. Suddenly this new account was deleted and after consulting eBay customer help I was advised I not to proceed with the sale due to suspicious behaviour.
