Excellent book - great seller
I would highly recommend this book and also his website which ebay will not allow me to name - just google him. Dr Greger is a rare example of someone who seems trustworthy in the field of nutrition and health when so many sources are corrupted by conflicts of interests. He isn't making any money selling the merits of beans, broccoli and flaxseeds but he is making a real contribution to health.
