A throughly good read!
A great read for motorcyclist enthusiast, which I am not but my partner is. He is really loving the book. He reads it slowly and lavishly imaging the escapades he and his brother will enjoy in the coming years.
According to my partner, he highly recommend this book.

Disappointed!
I loved the Food Hospital TV program and I thought the book would be similar.
Unfortunately this was not the case. The book consists of various conditions & illnesses, followed by 1 recipe for each one.
What I expected was that the book would have various conditions & list suitable meal plans and suggestions, like the TV show.
Instead, it feels more like a reference book. It’s a good book for general information but not much more than that.
I think I will pass it on to someone else or my local library.
