  Not a very good buying experience from this seller, I won their auction and paid for it straight away, I didnt realise it was collection only so politly asked if I could pay for and arrange for a courier to collect from them my end, nothing needed to be done as a label would have need brought with the driver, I had zero reply from the seller except for a refund and now the item has been relisted. Not happy at all with them

  I'm sorry you felt entitled for me to package the item when the item was listed as collection only. I'm sorry you felt entitled that I refunded your money because you wasted my time.
