  I'm giving positive feedback because the seller was patient and understanding but, through no fault of his own, Evri(AKA Hermes) failed to deliver the pen I ordered (not the first time Evri have so failed. They seem to have virtually ignored the seller who was put in a very difficult position. However, refund was made so, in the circumstances, I could ask no more (I'd have preferred the pen though!). I'm unable to comment about specific aspects except communications
