Great Dose if Vitamins
6 of 6 found this helpful It’s really great 👍 it so small you can actually swallow it with out water 💦. My husband and I love taking it everyday. Unlike the other vitamins they’re way too big and hard to swallow even with water 💦 before when I use to take those kind of vitamin I find it had to take I end up vomiting 🤮 it out because it was way too big then I had to start crushing it into powder like before taking. But finding this gel capsules has made it a lot more enjoyable for me to take it daily. I highly recommend it.
