Cheap Pattern Part

The seal is slightly thicker than the original which means the oven door will not now shut fully. Had to buy a genuine one.

Probably the best there is

I have used several different brands of Aquarium Silicone in the past and had what I thought were good results. However the test of time for the other brands is very poor with it lifting after a couple of years. I obviously cannot say what the test of time will be for this but it has different properties which make it much harder and durable than the others. The biggest problem with the others was repeated cleaning caused it to lift because it was very flexible. This stuff is very rigid when it dries and should withstand considerable scrubbing. It does smell strongly, but they all do as they are acetate curing. You will need to let the tank ventilate off the fumes for a couple of weeks before putting it into use!
