I am an honest straightforward person and this reflects in my service as a seller. I never sell anything that i myself would not be happy to buy. I check all items carefully for inperfections and would price lower if there were any. I use tracked delivery for a positive experience for both my buyer and I, because this way the buyer tracks the parcel and i can see you have received it. I do not combine postage due to new ebay system and payments system but if you buy multiple im willing to refund partially postage after sale goes through and ive been paid after delivery. I will always be true to my items and stand by their authenticity and i never lie and would always be honest. If an error occurs that I over look id be fair and as a buyer myself I expect this from sellars so will always show same courtesy and respect. I ask bidders to only bid if you intend to actually pay its very frustrating to have an item in bid for 5 days only for buyer not to pay and i would never do that to a seller. If you require cancelling due to an unforeseen problem then please let me know and i can hold the item longer or cancel but please dont just do a non contact. Its very disappointing to a aeller to put in all the hard work only to lose the sale. Thanks. My clothes are washed and ready to send and unless I let you know otherwise I will ship as I have stated within 3 days but I aim for next day ship from my end but If this isnt possible I will contact my buyer to inform them of delay. Illness is the most likely reason for delay I am a parent so this happens. But I always post fast as thats what i want when buying too. Two way street.

Well made hutch
This hutch is solid real wood strong and sturdy and well made. It's the best hutch I've ever bought. I've bought 3 now and I've never bought any other hutch since because this was exemplary. It's a lovely large deep hutch with plenty of space for more than one Guinea pig or rabbit. The roof is solid and thick and the middle leg gives extra stability. Great price too
