Meaty well illustrated book excellent for modellers and historians
Comprehensive treatment of an overlooked yet awesome RAF bomber

You are he, autobiographies are best, are edge of seat, for me a pity he is beyond the Battle of Britain after 20 pages if that.
Autobiography from the opponents of the few and thereafter is fascinating, and vital to read, and such are extremely rare compared to the many we have written from the RAF. If only more could be translated. Obviously there will be fewer from the Luftwaffe having 'lost' and not survived as well to be alive to write them, though at the time notes and diaries are also vital to save and read, on all sides. Why I am only now aware of this book tells of how bad they are publicised. I wonder what else I have missed. For publishers , get translating please, fascinating reading. There was a documentary a few yrs ago where the presenter read from an autobiography or diary, just what he read was great, that document should be in print.
