Great Coffee, Even Greater Vendor
1 of 1 found this helpful From the moment Karyn received the order for our Kona Vanilla Macadamia Nut Coffee, which in our opinion is the best coffee on the planet, bar none, she basically described to us every step that she took in her effort on her way to get that coffee to our front door. I've ordered many things on eBay and only from vendors with a 99% and higher ratings, which typically results in transactions that are fast, fair, and efficient. But with Karyn, it's those little touches that make me want to single her out. She not only boxed up our order but she individually wrapped each bag of coffee in a separate, sturdy wrapper. And she included a chocolate covered macadamia nut too, which was an unexpected treat. And she told me what was happening with my order every step of the way. Some vendors will send tracking information which is helpful, and she did that, but she kept up the emails to assure me everything was as it should be. She is truly caring and considerate and I hope she stays in business for a long, long time.

Good Product
Sturdy construction, looking forward to using it the next time I travel with my clubs. I fully expect it to hold up well. It arrived quickly and I'm happy with the transaction.
