Very effective!
I have tough Italian (alligator) skin. But after using the Skinceuticals Retinol 1.0 every other night for two weeks (after not using it for nearly a year), my face felt like it was sunburned. This is good. The Retinol is working. I slept with Neosporin on my face last night. My skin looks and feels great this morning. You can use the 0.5 if the 1.0 is too strong for your skin. It's the most effective Retinol I've found.
