Great value for money and hard to find both brackets as lockable
This was a repeat purchase of the item for my second set of ladders. Having bought the first set I was happy with them so bought the second lot. You do not get any instructions with regards to fixing or any fixings included or locks included.
I used so brown rawl plugs and screws to match the depth of the plugs with a washer for the head. This has proven to be perfectly adequate.
I also wrapped the bars in tape so as to avoid paint being chipped off when taking ladders on and off, just some black electrical tape wrapped around them.
They are made of a decent thickness of steel and I would recommend them if you are looking for ladder brackets.
