    Didn't send the correct amount of records stated. Messaged and came to the agreement of either a small refund or an amount of other records to cover what was missing. These never showed up and no response from the seller.

    Additional 10 records did indeed get sent. I have a screenshot off the communication and proof of postage via royal mail to the buyer. I did not realise the buyer did not receive the additional 10 records until seeing the feedback today. I have also seen they contacted me several weeks after sending them a message I unfortunately missed. Due to the fact this message and the feedback arrived after 21 days I am now unable to track the item so cannot say for certain what happened to them.
