Just what I needed!
1 of 1 found this helpful Both my parents have diabetes so it's always been a worry of mine. I also follow a ketogenic way of life. With this machine I can monitor both which is so useful! Yes the ketone strips are quite expensive but if you shop around you are able to find bargains. I will highly recommend this to anyone wanting to check their ketone levels and keep an eye on their glucose readings to see what spikes your glucose!
First 2 pics are glucose tests, one done after eating and one done in the morning. Third pic is the ketone test. I was knocked out of ketosis so needed to monitor me getting back into it - 24 hours!!
