Spice Alchemy
There are a plethora of mixed pudding spices on the market and different spice blends appeal to different people. I had previously purchased a branded spice mix from a well known high street retailer which I believed to be the holy grail of spice blend mixes. However,I wanted to purchase a slightly larger quantity and wanted more value for money. This wasn't offered on the high street, so I decided to take a gamble, go on line and purchase a spice blend I hadn't tried before. I'd purchased spices from The Spiceworks before (Berbere Whole Spice Blend) so I knew I was buying from a purveyor of quality products. However, this was no guarantee the mixed spice blend was going to be to my liking, so I opted to buy a small quantity. I wasn't disappointed. All I can say is that it would appear that The Spiceworks appear to have the alchemists equivalent of the Philosopher's Stone as far as spice blend production is concerned. Simply amazing.
