I was very pleased to receive this item - particularly in this current COVID-19 crisis when you just can't get any gym equipment for your home gym! I ordered this item after another one had been cancelled by the merchant, and ever so pleased that it arrived and I have assembled it in my garden so I can exercise under this lockdown situation.
This item is great: it's sturdy and stable, once I had tightened up all the nuts and bolts. But please do make sure you place it on an even surface, otherwise it could wobble and become unsteady. Using a spirit level could help in that!
The only minor disadvantage comes not with the item but from my height: I'm 6'5", so when I am using it for pull-ups I have to bend my knees too much, and the weight of my bent legs makes my knees catch the back rest... However, I am working around this and just trying to do the pull-ups/chin-ups slower and with better form so that the body does not swing too much...
I would totally recommend this item to all those who are thinking of putting up a power station in their back yard or garden!
