Instruction manual not in English

Good value for the price, reception reasonable. 2 flaws, doesn't say when battery is running low,so packs up without warning, also the instruction manual isnt' in English, seems to be in a variety of Scandinavian languages and supplier hasn't responded to my request for English instructions.
