    I paid 32.50 for this chair with delivery, Seller forgot/refrained from stating that it was not complete. There were supposed to be 3 structural pieces keeping the legs together, 2 of these metal structures are missing, rendering the chair unsafe for use. The structures had been snapped off, recently by the looks of it. This is not as described and not safe for use. Seller offered 2 pound back as a gesture of goodwill. I will ask Ebay what am I paying buyers protection for.
