Somewhat disappointed

Just two weeks after purchase, the phone just blacked out on me at a time when I travelled and needed it the most. It switched off due to a drained battery and wouldnt switch back on. They call it boot looping, something like that. Anyway, I got help after I got back home and the problem was resolved. terrible experience.
