    Buyer beware this itemis NOT as described. The top material is made of some synthetic no hotel least of all "top" hotel would ever consider. In fact you would be better off buying a good quality duvet at Morrisons for the same price. And, seller refused to send courier to my home meaning I had to carry a heavy box to the post office. Plus seller deducted £4 from the refund. Is that fair? This is an honest review. It is ILLEGAL to advertise goods that are not as decribed. AVOID.

    No problem with the seller, fast despatch, good comms. Good product. The problem is the choice of courier, my parcel was left at the rear of my home at the gate. There is a sign on the gate telling couriers to use the front. When I spoke to the driver he had a really bad attitude. This kind of service from a third party leaves a stain on what could have been a good transaction. 😡
