    I had to open a case when this sly seller ceased to answer my messages… Pity as the initial communication was effective but it ceased when I enquired about my refund only to be told the parcel hadn’t been received. Checked with Royal Mail, they confirmed it had been delivered and signed for two days after posting. Seller then ceased responding when I put this to them… I’d avoid this lazy, inconsistent chancer
