wrist strap to small
1 of 3 found this helpful I have The Wise Guy nylon release. Fits me perfect. Ordered the rigid buckle release and the wrist strap is to small. Put both releases side by side and the buckle on the rigid was 1 1/4" farther back. Called Spot Hogg and talked to Aron. Told him the problem and that there is no way this release can fit 90% of the men out there. The size is more of a youth or woman's than for a man. He responded that's the only strap they have right now and there's nothing he can do. The more I expressed my concerns to him the more he acted like I was wasting his time. I own 2 releases and a sight from Spot Hogg. I am positive this will be my last purchase of a Spot Hogg product. I can not keep supporting a company with no costumer service.
