Poor quality, poor value, poor design, poor engineering
Well you do get two pieces of moulded perspex and that is about all that is good. There are no fitting instructions, although if it was designed properly with all the brackets needed, you wouldn't need any. Some of the brackets in the pictures are not included so you have to make your own. Also the holes in the supplied brackets are not large enough to fit the standard mirror threads so you have to drill them out. Don't bother, you may as well make your own

Hard to fit
0 of 2 found this helpful It is advertised for fitting to Mercedes 190. It comes with a lot of different rubbers to seal against the wing, and none of them are like the originals, none of them fit the hole properly and there are no instructions on how to fit it to a Mercedes. The only diagrammatic fitting instructions show fitting it to a blank flat piece of metal, as if you are fitting it to the top of a horizontal wing. It is hard to know if the rubber you choose will be water tight till it rains and you look in the boot for water. Also the wiring diagram with it is ridiculous. Two wires go to the radio, obviously one is for permanent +12v, and the other is to go to the radio antenna output. The wiring diagram shows the red and green wires go to the radio but does not show which colour wire goes to the permanent 12v and which to the switched 12v (antenna) radio connection. You need to use a voltmeter on the car wiring to find out which is which, and you need to guess which of the two antenna wires goes to the permanent 12v and which to the switched 12v. It is cheap, but not very cheerful. I haven't yet found out if it actually goes up and down - that is for another day.
Not recommended for a novice, others will need to be competent with a voltmeter, and skilled with a pry bar to fit the rubber into the wing hole.
