I should have checked the item straight away

I didn't check the contents immediately so a week later when I called someone to build it, there was a long scratch on the front panel , it was too late to replace the part and I was only offered £5 discount, I asked for £25 (the shed cost a few pounds under £200 ) they eventually refunded £10 which I was quite insulted by. The shed itself is quite nice but I feel over priced and not the easiest to assemble.
