Although the item arrived damaged, the seller offered either a replacement or refund , without any hassle at all , I chose to have refund and as soon as the item had arrived back with the seller , my money was refunded.     Item as described, delivery though not fault of supplier was an issue. Luckily my neighbour had seen it and collected my parcel for me, leaving me a note. Item condition is new, includes case an Allan key. Good value and like I say, A1 quality and it looks good. Arrived in its box, overall very happy with item, just delivery agent. MacBook Pro 15", no issues on stand.
