Great machine.....get a grinder to get best use
4 of 4 found this helpful I've had several espresso machines over the years and I have to say this is my favorite. It's oldschool elegance and simplicity appeal to me. The powerful frothing wand makes perfect micro-foam every time. The machine heats up quickly and the beautiful stainless steal exterior makes for easy clean up. My only suggestion is that you will need to get a grinder so as to adjust the grind in order to get the best shot of espresso. Pre-ground Lavazza or Illy from the canister is not fine enough for this machine. It comes out to quickly and is watery, like American coffee. The rich bold espresso flavor is missing when I used those products. So, be prepared to pay $150 or so for a grinder but you will be rewarded with some amazing espresso and crema.

Expecially those who are serious about growing their practice and who might not have a sales background.
