Good quality product
I've used blue eyeliner since I was a teenager this is a waterproof long lasting eyeliner. It really last all day without smearing. It's a very good waterline pencil. People always ask me what brand, Milani is a good brand. And I have tried so many Like Maybelline,Loreal,Cover Girl,Revlon and so many other. For me a really good eyeliner is Milani.
