The only negative feedback 'it didn t appear anything like the grains in the picture' received our response: 'Due to packaging requirements, the item is not supposed to look like the picture' - this is about a picture of kefir grains on a dinner plate. We do not enclose a dinner plate when posting the grains, and neither was listed. This negative feedback received in October 2021. However, ebay let the unfair comments affect our rating from 100% down to 98.3% - as shown still in August 2022. This is the only negative FB received within the past 12months.. What is happening?

I cancelled the order and purchased elsewhere. Astonishingly, my cancellation request was refused (this was the only sign that the seller was extant). Eight weeks on, the item has not arrived, a refund has not been received, and despite several attempts to contact the seller to seek an explanation, no communication has been received.

Great product..
1 of 1 found this helpful Great product, really easy to apply. My XLong-haired Bella the cat doesn't mind when I stroke her with a wet hand - not too much though, one pump's enough.. After only a couple days of occasional use of this shampoo she started to loose some mats that are mainly on her sides.. When we finish the bottle I'll probably be able to tell more.
