Beginning Wado-Ryu Karate (DVD 2004)
I recommend this to every new student of Wado-ryu Karate. The basic techniques are explained very well. I used to perform basic kicks, blocks and turns which i thought was the correct way, but by watching this DVD it has shown me a lot of errors that i have been doing, and now there is a vast improvement in my training (especially turns as these are explained really well).
When i am training the instructor has 20-30 students to teach and therefore cannot devote a lot of time to each person, however with this DVD it feels like your own personal instructor is there, letting you pause, rewind and play sections again.

Very quiet roof bars
Purchased these roof bars for my Astra. They are very easy to fit when using the correct fitting kits and foot pack. They are very quiet. I had the Thule Aero bars before and above 35mph were really noisy and unbearable. Just remember to fit them the correct way round.
