Easy to install in Windows
This product is really easy to use in Windows. If you want to use it in linux a bit of an effort is required. Although this is a UVC camera you need to install some generic drivers in Ubuntu 16.04 where I tried this first. Taking this a step further if you want to install for QNAP Hybrid desk station although the camera is recognized, Skype for linux beta currently supported in Hybrid desk station has problems getting the feed from the camera. But had no problems supporting the camera through QNAPs QUSBCam2 and surveillance station. In ubuntu 16.04 after installing generic drivers viber,skype,cheese use the camera easily.
