Excellent allround product
1 of 1 found this helpful Price is good...hard to find bags in stores for a good price and that is if you can find them at all. A lot of stores are no longer carrying bags since 90% sell vacs that do not use bags.

A BUY now item
Purchased the 7th issue A friend was given the 6th issue book by his dietitian. Friend is insulant dependant from age 13; and had told spouse about the book since was just diagnozed with Type 2. Book is very informative and can be used for anyone needing to track calories, fat, fiber, carbs etc....Very complete includes brand names, fast foods and everything in between..

the diabetic book to own
This book is great for diabetics or for people watching their diet and needing to limit sweets. Had taken the book out at the local library as spouse was just diagonized diabetic and would live on cake, cookies and candy...found so many low carb, low sugar receipes that would also fit into my WW program on point calculations.
Would highly recommend this book
