  Well packed and arrived in one piece. The tuner was as described (even better) and although not NIB it was pretty darn close. When tested it worked as it was supposed to. The seller was most communicative and I appreciated his honesty/integrity. Shipping on his part was fast although shipping by USPS to the lower 48 led much to be desired.

  Item was packed good and item was as described. However the shipping time by the (USPS) was ridiculously too slow.. It took 24 days from the actual shipped date to arrive in Ft. Wayne., IN Would much rather have paid a few dollars more for far shorter shipping time.
