  The item that was sent wasn’t an Otterbox product it was a cheap Chinese imitation that looked awful and had damaged packaging. The seller was good, in terms of giving me a refund but didn’t cover the return postage. I asked for a replacement Otterbox product in case of a picking error but nothing was offered which leads me to believe that they don’t exist. Very very disappointed
