Apple Lightning to 30-pin Adapter - MD823ZM/A - A1468 - Genuine Apple Product

Not ideal

Got this to adapt my old plug in devices to the new lightning socket - all works fine - cant complain about that - however the height of the adapter leaves any iPhone or iPod rising precariously above any securing holdings the device offers. This means that every time i go to remove the device I worry that I could accidentally know the phone and bend or break the adapter - its also really tricky changing tracks on iTunes when the iPhone is wobbling back and forward. Need a better solution that doesn't require me to create my own improvised stabilizer.
