    Purchasing the item was no problem. Getting the item into the post via a courier was something of a nightmare. Despite the appointed courier company arranging a pickup, the vendor wouldn't print out the consignee (me) label so FedEx, rightly, refused to collect it.. I had to make my own arrangements for a separate courier which cost me extra money. It took 2 weeks to eventually receive the item.

    Hi, The product was sold as a collection only. You wished to have it collected by a courier that you arranged yourself. We were accommodating and packed the parcel for collection. You advised you used a company called Harrow however it was UPS that turned up. You did not advise us of any labels needed until the second delivery attempt at which point UPS once again arrived and took the parcel. You used a cowboy private courier who gave you & us the run around?
