  Seller contacted me to say they had "lost the item in their car park" and was not able to send it out. They asked me to request a refund via eBay. I did so but eBay had no response from the seller after a month to confirm their story, so I had to escalate the refund request again, which eBay processed a few days later. This was a low value item so not a big deal monetarily, but the almost complete disinterest in processing the refund from their side means I'll avoid this seller in future.

  Be very weary of this seller or better still don’t buy anything from this seller. Falsely listed the item as stainless steel. When contacted a number of time to resolve the problem amicably, the seller only response once claiming now the item is partly stainless steel. Had to contact eBay via dispute to get my money back.

  The item is not as described...... "New - Other..... Opened never used." It is not the original mouse dongle (wi-fi transmitter) its just a cheap Chinese one so therefore the mouse does not work at all. I have tried contacting the seller but Ebay just sends me back to cancelling the order which is impossible once received. Therefore I have no choice but to leave negative feedback, maybe then they will contact me. Let's see.
