OK if you're a qualified sound engineer
I was quite looking forward to using this software to transfer some of my vinyl&tapes onto my pc and then onto my phone as I thought it would be fairly straightforward,trust me it isn't!! Whilst I'll freely admit to not being a whizz on computers,I do get there in the end,but this,I spent almost two hours just trying to install it. I'm on windows 10 and it does not like this software at all! It would not read all of the programmes on the supplied dvd,kept getting error messages however,finally it worked.I won`t go into detail but,to record,clean up the recording,enter titles/artists,transfer to music file and then try to transfer to media player to get onto my phone took almost an hour for just three tracks! So if I want to do a few albums,it's going to be a fair old slog! If you've got plenty of time on your hands,by all means buy this however, if you haven't,then don't!

Highest quality item!
Love Paloma, so I'm biased!!! No,this is a lovely item to have in any record collection,beautiful monochrome pictures,can't say about the sound quality as I haven`t and wont be playing it(I`ve got the black vinyl copy for that!) but the vinyl itself is of good heavy quality and comes in a thick transparent protective sleeve which finishes it off beautifully.Absolutely nothing negative to comment on this,superb item from Paloma!

For computer experts only!
It arrived sealed so nothing was missing so a good start,I unpacked everything,read the quite basic manual and went about installing. I've got windows 10 and it installed perfectly,took around 20 minutes in total.Clicked on the app and what appeared on the screen looked like something from nasa! I can do basic computing (I'm 63 not 16!!) but this is too complex for me.I read the guide which is included in the install for over an hour and tried and tried to get it to work however,after over 3 hours I gave up. There used to be software for XP which I used for years until that computer died and it was so simple, I used to transfer,clean,type in song titles/artists & create playlists easily,around thirty 45rpm singles in less than two hours! It was only available for windows XP and I can't remember its name but I really wish there was one for windows 10, I would buy it today!! This product will probably be ok for computer wizards but for tech simpletons like me it's definately not!
