Fourth purchase of these for my business and family

It was a different safe to the one in the picture
Safe turned up scraped underneath
The safe has external hinges not the same as advertised.
The box it comes in looks like what is advertised.
There is no tie down kit.
The cap that covers the cement hole is loose.
It came with leaking batteries pre installed.
Overall not impressed as not what I ordered.

Mixer tap hose connection.
Hose lock type connection. Searched everywhere for a respectably priced connection like this.
