Mother/daughter tea with Flower Fairy theme!
1 of 1 found this helpful This is an interesting paper covered book that is just
what it is entitled -- hosting a tea party, with wonderful drawings by Cicely Mary Barker. The ideas are great -- recipes, games and even invitations, name cards and table
decorations. This is a neat little book, even for adult
ladies who may plan a tea with a Flower Fairy theme.

really sets off the trunk lock set .
Hi, Follow the instructions and it will go on as it should and once you set it in place don't try to move it, it won't. Dennis

Roland Michener, The Last Viceroy, by Peter Stursberg
I had always known my grandmother's maiden name was Michener. She married my grandfather in the 1890s. Several years ago I found out that my grandmother (Michener) was realted to all of the Micheners of Canada, and that my father's family was related to Roland Michener, a Rhodes Scholar from Alberta, Canada, who became Governor General of Canada in 1967. My father died in 1976, never knowing of this important relative of his. In the last couple years I have purchased 4 copies of this out-of-print book -- one for me, one for my sister, one for my brother, and one for a first cousin in Michigan. We have all enjoyed learning of relatives that we didn't know we had. The Micheners hold a family reunion in Pennsyvania each year, and maybe some time I will be able to meet a few of them! I am glad that I can usually find items on Ebay that I cannot find anywhere else!
