    Completely unacceptable experience.Seller listed a specific pair of shoes but sent entirely different ones-none matched the photos.Even worse, one pair had mismatched sizes.Although accepted the return refused to issue a refund and had to involve eBay support.She made up endless excuses, first claiming she didn't receive the parcel. After sending her tracking details from RM, started with other "issues". Completely lack of professionalism.Not once she appologyas for the mess she created. AVOID!
