EF-S 18-55mm IS Lens
This lens "IS" feature is not really needed on this size with only 3x mag camera shake is not much of an issue and being only small does not off balance your grip.

Canon EOS 400D A Powerfull tool
3 of 3 found this helpful Having used an Olympus OM10 for the last 15 year as my SLR and knowing the advantages of digital over 35mm i decided on this model from Canon.
At first use it seem's straight forward enough point and shoot set on auto, the fun starts when you get into the manual modes.
Packaged with excellent software to upload pictures to computer with no difficulties at all.
This camera takes fantastic pictures and is a pleasure to use with a array of features and accesories/lens a pro outfit.
