Eye opener
Does exactly what is says.
I was surprised at how much my last jug had obviously deteriorated with use when I saw
the clarity of the filtered water.

Finally, a sourdough book that is easy to follow, and not full of jargon.
1 of 1 found this helpful Clear, concise instructions and pictures to guide you through the process. Following the timings and instructions and you will have, as I am beginning to have, a successful Bake every time. I will be trying different recipes with different flours from the book too.

I bought one and am glad I did.
I purchased one of these thermometers for the oven. They are very accurate and give me peace of mind.
Able to use on a shelf or hanging from a shelf if you prefer.
