Had excellent comms with seller who refunded me as the item had not arrived after 2 weeks. It then arrived late so I paid the seller again. He was really helpful and very understanding. Quality of the DVD is brilliant, unopened packaging and a fabulous version of the film. Thank you. ��

Totally mishandled when I open the package one box was split wide open most of the contents went on the kitchen floor the other box was split but cont
Totally mishandled when I open the package one box was split wide open most of the contents went on the kitchen floor the other box was split but contents seems to be fine I think, as I said we do not have snails and slugs in our kitchen. Wanted to send it back was offered a refund that was not forth coming. Not a happy customer. You need to look into how you pack your orders, needs to be more secure.
