Quality product
Very Strong and Easy to use.
I used this item to remove the chainset and cranks and to remove the bottom bracket successfully.
I then fitted a new bottom bracket, chainset and cranks brilliant!!

This is now my 5th Dell Computer.
I am Very Impressed with Dell's Build Quality, Design, Ease of Removing Case Side Cover and Ease of Removing and Upgrading Internal Components.
I have installed 4 GB Kingston Memory PC2-6400 400MHz
I have installed and modified (cut off corner)
Nvidia Quaddro Graphics Card.
I am using a Dell Dual DVI Cable for display and a Dell 1707FP monitor.
I have set the moniter settings to: 1280x1024 and the refresh rate is set to: 64Hz
I am using Microsoft Windows 8 Pro 64Bit with no problems.
