Great Value, low noise level

Poorly made and unreliable for cooking requiring precise temperature control
The timer/thermostat circuit appears unreliable. So my experience with the yogurt setting on one occasion heated up to 115 and killed the culture. On another shut off after an hour, though I set it for 8 hours. I can make it work by putting in a thermometer and checking regularly, but why even use it. The sous vide was off by 5 degrees both ways. It appeared to be new, but without a sales receipt, I cannot get warranty service. It is unclear what the "high pressure" refers to - it is just a roaster with a lid, not any sort of pressure cooker. The instruction book is worthless.
